Fundraising Goals

Update:  July 1, 2017

Our fundraising goals have really gone down now that we are getting more personal care hours through Phoenix Home Care and recently qualified for a waiver for self-directed services to start towards the end of this month.  Hopefully, we will be receiving George's disability (SSI) money soon and that will help with care that is not provided with his Medical Medicaid insurance.

The main thing I am saving up for currently is something that George can play on outside that works all his gross motor muscles.  I found a play set on Amazon and have about half of the money so far.

I am lacking about $900.  All his donations now need to go to the George Marshall Trust Fund.

  1. Check out the updated Fundraising information. I was able to whittle down the total amount needed. Yeah! Every little bit helps. Lots of people giving a little makes a BIG difference!

  2. Hi Yvonne!

Julie Sando and I are sitting here admiring your blog. I'm in CA working with her this week on NPT related matters. I just want to make you aware of the fundraising site Go Fund Me (http://www.gofundme.com). People can donate money through their site and you can create events to help move the fund raising process along. I used it to earn my tuition to become a provider of The Listening Program.

    Good luck and success!

  3. Kristen-Lee,
Thanks for checking out my blog and for passing along the fundraising information. I will check that site out.

I have heard good things about The Listening Program too and plan on incorporating that into George's program at some point.

    Thanks again!

  4. Thank you to all our donors. You are amazing! Thank you for believing in George and our mission. Our main goal is to get George to a place in which he can learn. I know we are on our way!

    Blessings to you all!
